Church Hill Academy holds classes at Peter Paul Development Center, 1708 North 22nd St. Richmond, VA 23223. It officially started August 2007. The school building is also used as a tutoring location by Church Hill Activities and Tutoring (CHAT, www.chatrichmond.org).
