- The needs of adolescent youths in Church Hill are staggeringly high. Without an education tailored to their spiritual and intellectual needs, the kids have almost no alternatives to the drug trade.
- Because we keep the teacher-student ratio at Church Hill Academy so small, we have the ability to attend to the specific needs of each student. The students have varying academic abilities, so the teachers will target those areas most in need of improvement. The classes, then, will be very small. In it's first year of operation, Church Hill Academy will have 3 full time teachers and two volunteer part time teachers for 10 students.
